Update on Addyson

I took Addyson today for another weigh-in. She weighed in at 10 pounds even. Dr. Kronenberg said that was great and that he would see us at her 2 month check-up. Yay! No more weekly weight checks. She is doing very well. She has started to smile and coo at us when we are talking to her. It's so sweet! I just can't believe that she is 6 weeks old already. Time flies by!

Weekly "weigh-in"

Addyson went for her weekly weigh-in yesterday. She weighed 9 pounds and 7 3/4 ounces....Only 1/4 ounce away from her birth weight......YAY! She has to go back in 2 weeks for another check. Dr. K said that she still looks great! He just wants to keep a check on her weight gain.

Doctor's Visit

Addyson had to go back to the doctor yesterday for a weight check. She weighed 9 pounds 3 ounces. The doctor was still unhappy with her weight gain. So, we have to go back in a week to check again. He said that she still looks great...he just wants to keep an eye on her weight.

I finally took Kelsea yesterday for her 4 year check-up (she turned 4 in June...ugh) She weighed 39 pounds and was 43 inches tall. She is in the 60th percentile for weight and 90th for height.

I can't believe she is already 2 weeks old. She went to see Dr. Kronenberg for her 2 week check-up. He said she is looking great. She weighed in at 9 pounds even and was still 22 1/4 inches long. He wants her to come back next week for a weight check...she is still not back up to her birth weight. He said it's not uncommon for bigger babies to take a little longer to gain back up to their birth weight. Other than her weight, she is doing wonderful. She is sleeping 9 hours or more every night...which is such a blessing! She is such a good baby too. She hardly ever cries. We are so blessed to have such a healthy, wonderful baby!
